Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed by Lightspeed between 2-6 business days if there are no issues with your order. We (Casa Del Sol Boutique) will contact you if there are any issues regarding your order, if additional information is needed or credit verification. We are closed on all major holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking number to show updates. Orders that are not accepted by the recipient upon delivery will not be refunded. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages that have been confirmed by tracking history or other information. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary, please review your order before submission in regards to shipping rates. All packages will be mailed and delivered via USPS shipping with both standard and priority shipping options available for purchase. Free shipping orders of $100 or more will always be delivered via standard shipping. 

We may choose cancel any order if we are unable to meet the requested delivery date or fill the requested quantity or type of goods offered. We may also choose not to accept an order, or may delay shipment or cancel an accepted order without consequence. If we are unable to finish and ship the goods to the buyer on time because of anything that we cannot control (such as natural disasters, casualty, labor trouble, accidents, buyers actions, or unavailability of supplies or transportation), the estimated delivery time may be extended accordingly and we shall not be liable to the buyer for any damages caused by such delays. Upon delivery, the buyer shall immediately carry out a proper check of the goods supplied before the use of goods and shall not at a later date claim defects that should have been discovered prior.
