1. Shipping & Delivery
1.1 How long does it take to receive my order?

Domestic shipping can take up to 5-7 business days.

1.2 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

1.3 Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping! 

1.4 Do you ship internationally?

Sadly, not yet! We ship anywhere in the U.S., including Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska. Hopefully, we will be able to ship internationally soon! 

1.5 What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?

If you would like to reship or cancel an order that has been returned to us, please contact our Customer Service team above.

1.6 What if my package is lost or stolen?

Casa Del Sol is not liable for lost or stolen packages. You will always receive tracking information for all orders so please sign up for text/email delivery notifications to keep an eye on your packages. 

2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds for returns made within the 30-day return period. 

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs after 15 days from delivery. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for more information.

2.2 How much can I get refunded?

In the case when the product/garment and packaging are unopened/unworn and undamaged with tags still attached, you are eligible for a full refund. Check our Refund Policy to see if you're eligible for a refund.

2.3 Will my promo code be deducted from my refund?

The promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required to spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.

2.4 Will I get charged for return shipping?

In order to qualify for free return shipping, your return package must be postmarked within the first 15 days of delivery.

Didn't get it postmarked within 15 days? If you used our shipping label, $7 will be deducted from your merchandise refund for each return package sent after the 15-day period.

2.5 How will returns and exchanges be shipped?

Online returns and exchanges are shipped using standard shipping.

2.6 Can I combine returns from different orders?

Absolutely! To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders. Just be sure to include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package.

3.1 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments as well.
