Returns & Exchanges

Please log in to your account using the MY ACCOUNT button in the top right corner to initiate a return or exchange. Please help us improve by telling us why you’d like to return or exchange!

Once we receive and approve your return/exchange request, we will email you a return shipping label.

Returning items can be sent back in the original packaging with the provided return label. We’ll ship any exchanged items once we receive the original item.

We’ll track your returned items back to us and let you know once they arrive. Be sure to get a receipt when dropping off your return to track the package on your end!

Once your package arrives in our warehouse, your returned items will be inspected, processed, and refunded as soon as possible! We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
